An absolutely stunning venue and impeccable service! The staff are professional and have great attention to detail when it comes to planning and executing their events. I highly recommend this venue.
Sonia Radunovic, the Director of Operations goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is happy. She knows what she's doing and eased all my worries.My daughter has also had her prom here and will never forget her experience with her friends at this magnificent location. Their food was incredible, all was organized and I trusted that everyone was well taken care of. I feel as though this venue is versatile

We had our wedding here last feb (2020) and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. the staff at BCC were phenomenal, very professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. Julie was amazing and very accommodating to us. She did everything she could- and then some- to make every one of our dreams come true. All of our guests raved about the food, and I… was pleased that it was just as delicious the night of the wedding as it was at the tasting (something other brides from other venues warned me might not happen due to large quantities being made.) but everything was absolutely perfect and i&rsquo

My wife and I had an amazing experience planning and holding our wedding here. Julie, Astor, and Goran were all awesome! They all truly cared about making our big day perfect, and they all went the extra mile in one way or another. The food was great, and the packages customizable. The venue was beautiful and service on point! I would definitely recommend this venue for your wedding or other event.

My cousins reception was hosted there. We were very early and needed a space to relax and change for the reception. Sonia the general manager and their serving staff set us up in a board room took care of us served us drinks and food in the board room. Then the reception happened and the whole staff was excellent. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Special thanks to Sonia, Julie and all the staff at Burlington Convention Centre that went above and beyond to make our wedding day a huge success. Our guests were so impressed with everything, we got so many compliments about the hall, the service, the decor, the food, and so on. They even had connecting hotel accommodations, which was super convenient. Our maid of honour, who helped plan our wedding, is an event planner and she even commented that of all the event planning she's done over the years, no other venue compared to Burlington Convention Centre, especially when it came down to price

We had our wedding reception here, and were really excited but our experience was so horrible. We don't recommend this place to anyone for many reasons.
1) We paid a lot for our sit down steak & chicken dinner, and even paid for 20 extra people as well, just in case extra people show up. Our guests told us that the waiters refused to give people steak or chicken, saying to some people "we already served you!" Can you believe that? Some of our guests went home hungry even though fewer guests showed up than we paid for! We were so embarrassed to hear that after. It was just unbelievable that they

We had our wedding this past weekend at the BCC and it was fantastic! From the planning process (2 years for us) until the day of, Julie was amazing and kept us on track and ensured that we were well prepared and taken care of for our big day.
On our wedding day and the days following we did not stop receiving compliments from our guests about how… great the food was and how the hall looked absolutely perfect. They are one of the only halls we looked at that does not charge for seat covers and a backdrop and the hall looked beautiful!

There are not enough words to begin to describe how incredible our experience was at the Burlington Convention Centre. Our coordinator Sonia truly is the best at her job. Sonia looked after every possible detail for both the bridal shower and the wedding always answering our many questions promptly. Always Fabulous! We have held our events at the Burlington Convention Centre for several years now and they never disappoint. From the initial booking process to the details on the day of the event to the food to the service, we always enjoy the time we spend there and come back because of that hospitality.
