I bought 2 sunglasses and asked for using my insurance they did by one and second one they said insurance will pay in 7 business days l paid by myself and asked them if insurance didn’t pay what I need to do they said you can come and we fix it after few times calling they said ask insurance l did and figure out they write for insurance frame in one invoice and the other sunglasses that insurance asking me proscription l went there and they told me today we can’t do anything changing invoice is fraud l can’t believe it when they do write one is frame and other one sunglasses isn’t fraud

I had pain in my right eye and lost a big part of my vision over night. The doctors at Willoughby were very nice and took me in right away. The problem was they didn't ask me many questions about what could have happened.
I think they cared, but their expertise is not in sicknesses. I can imagine they are good at prescribing eye glasses. But it you have an eyesight problem, maybe don't go here.

I had an appointment with Dr. Dhaliwal as my first eye appointment in seven years. I acquired a new prescription and she asked some great questions about the amount of screen time I have, being a remote/work from home employee. This situation means my daily screen time is 8+ hours a day ago she suggested a get a blue light filter for the lenses in the new prescription. I've had them for two weeks and it's a life changer. My mental fatigue is halved.
I highly recommend this doctor. She knows her Science and accounts for the human.

** update - Return for a follow up checkup. Good social distancing practices. We also found out that the doctor can write you a prescription (no PD) without a full eye exam. for a lower fee. One side of the street was fenced off. But, there is 3 hour free parking behind the building. **
Great services. Dr. Mann was able to arrange an urgent eye exam. on the same day. She was very patient and friendly. Everyone is doing their best taking the pandemic precaution. Thanks again.

Dr Mann reached out to me and was very apologetic on behalf of Alison, I had come back in to receive my glasses and the staff were very friendly. Sonya (I think) helped me with reviewing the new glasses with me (Too early to tell as I need to wear them for a couple of weeks as they are progressives) But they assured me they would help me if there is any issue with blurriness in lenses and to let them know in a few weeks. My thanks goes out to the staff for going above and beyond.

We've brought our whole family in and it was a great experience. They managed to keep our toddler engaged and do a thorough eye exam which is important to us as we are watching for possible genetic eye problems. We were fully impressed with how that went .
My wife has a complicated prescription and Dr Dhaliwal took her time to make sure all of my wife's concerns were addressed. We gladly recommend this clinic and it's doctors.

The eye exam was excellent. When doctor Mann fitted our child for glasses and assured us that they would work she was mistaken. She tried to customize them but to no avail. We asked for our money back as we had found many more pairs available at another glasses store. Disappointing that she would not refund our purchase. I would shop elsewhere for glasses, but she was great with the eye exam.

Dr. Raj Mann is amazing to work with. She listened to my jobs description and combined that information with tests they ran on my eyes. She recommended a prescription that helped me read small font on a… computer screen with ease that also included a blue light filter lens for working in front of multiple computer screens for long hours each day. They spent the time to help me pick out the perfect frames too. My first experience wearing glasses has been extremely positive!
