We are a local law practice run by a husband and wife. Our goal is to help navigate through the confusion of the law in British Columbia. We want our office to be a place of comfort, where you can fully open up with your issues so we can serve you better. We are here to listen, serve and help in any way we can.
Dealing with tax matters can be intimidating. Whether you're trying to fight the CRA or come up with a tax plan that results in lower taxes but not an audit, you need someone with experience. That is where I come in. I've practiced in both tax litigation and tax planning. I can help you fight the CRA or keep them from calling in the first place.
Depending on the case, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. Mr. Lyons prefers to offer flat rates so the client knows the total cost up front. Final bills will include costs for any disbursements such as copy, filing, messengers, and third-party research tools. Hourly rates will be charged at $300 per hour, and flat rates will be quoted and billed.

Would give a rating of zero if possible! Only have had two interactions with the firm but both times I was made to feel if I was in their way even though my need was simple and was an easy fee for them. On my last call to them they gave me grossly inaccurate information but in spite of that I found an actually honest, responsible, caring, friendly, and ready to serve a clients' need kind of lawyer. I would avoid this Daniel Lyons Law Corp and not walk, but run to a better option, which is probably every other lawyer in Vanderhoof!
