Received absolutely no help, owner didn’t even acknowledge me let alone try and resolve a simple issue. We have shopped here for a number of years. Won’t be back. Won’t recommend.

We had an amazing experience with Diamonds of Detroit in Humboldt! My fiancé and I came out from Saskatoon and have never once regretted it. The customer service is incredible! Olivia helped us with all of our wedding ring needs!

Service was terrible and unhelpful. Repair has devalued my white gold necklace by inserting a gold link. This was done as recommended to have it soldered closed. Put a battery in my gold watch after being told new strap was in. It wasnt and i now have a working watch i cant wear lol When i complained assistant just said 'thats how it is'

Their new store is so beautifully decorated and makes shopping there feel warm and inviting. Diamonds of Detroit has always given me superior service! I brought my Mom’s ring in to be sized and was contacted to tell me that there was some additional repairs needed on the ring. I really appreciated this call and went ahead with the repairs!

Always a pleasure shopping at diamonds of Detroit. The new location is beautiful! The ladies that work their are fantastic! They're helpful and don't put pressure on you to buy.
