The service was HORRIBLE!!!! I requested a very simple canvas over a week in advance and was told it would be ready on a specific date and time. To my disappointment when arriving to the store at this said time I was told it would only be ready the next day. The next day, at the store one of the guys told me my order would only be ready in 30 minutes and latterly another 2 hours, until I finally got my order. I finally realized that my printing job was completely forgotten about...I hope you know my associates and I will do the same the next time we need something printed!
