I want to thank Xpress layne towing. He was great. We called around 11pm on a Saturday and he was asleep. He picked up and said he would be there in 20 minutes and he was there in a very short time. I hadn't' looked at the time when he came. He got the cap off on the lug nut that wouldn't budge for us and so many nice people that had stopped to help over the six hours we were were stranded, and put our donut on for us to drive home. Our stem had blown out by the tire. He also was very patient and understanding while we waited for our credit card company to answer when they wouldn't accept the charges

I had been stuck on the side of the road for nearly 6 1/2 hours waiting for a tow from Hyundai when I decided to see if I could get one for myself.....Andre came to the rescue and helped me out to get me out of the cold and my car to the dealership... Very quick to respond and the fact that I'm coming from out of state, he didn't try to take advantage... Thank you so much and my kids thank you for helping me out and getting me the help I needed!!!

I had the wrong information about the vehicle and still, he was prepared for the switch and got the job done. Truly incredible. My sister needed a tow at 12:20 am and I called this company as it was the only one open 24 hours! Thank goodness for that!! Andre was courteous, helpful and kind. He was quick, efficient and arrived in the timeframe he advised that he would arrive (20 minutes and he got there in 15!). Definitely impressed and thankful!!

I can’t say enough about how much Andre was an absolute life saver last Sunday night. From call to when he arrived was 20 minutes… EXACTLY how long he told me it’d be for him to arrive. We locked the keys in our truck and he had us reopened and on our way in just a few minutes. And all this in the rain.

My mom and stepfather flew to California to visit me and decided to take a sightseeing trip up to British Columbia. I rented a car for them and they made their way up. In BC the rental car got a flat tire. My mom and stepfather have never changed a tire in their life as it is not common to know these things when you're from Korea. They contacted the rental company who transferred them to another company where the person on the phone was being less than helpful. Dean, from Lane's auto towing saw my parents in distress and drove his tow truck over from a near by gas station to see if he
