Like a lot of people, I saw the overall google rating, and didn't both checking recent reviews before putting a deposit down with them.
Quite frankly, this is probably the worst customer service & communication I have ever seen.
- August 17, I put down a deposit of $710 to replace a broken window, with an estimated installation time of 2-3 weeks
- About 5 weeks later without hearing from them, I call and they tell me they are getting my window in at the end of the week, and I'll hear from them Thursday
- No call that Thursday, so I call Friday and they(the general manager Ken)

These guys were great, I needed some glass to replace a fireplace window. M & T was able to get me a great product, the same day and not only that they managed to have it ready early for me to pick up, this meant we didn't lose a day of work and our house was warm by the afternoon. Great service and wonderful attitude, thanks Guys.

This business did a horrible job on my windows. My condo board contracted this contractor to replace windows that had condensation between the panes. What was initially a problem was the person they sent first to size the windows and get the necessary details showed up late, then did not have all the required tools and had to come back a second time. Then once the installers showed up they had just regular windows and not sound reducing ones like they were supposed to. They had scaffolding with them so that they could do the job properly and install the new glass in my old window frames which
