I applied here a few months ago and I knew something was wrong when I was asked to come for an interview with less than 24 hours notice. After my first encounter with the owner of this company I knew it wasn’t a place I could learn and grow. I can’t comment on the employees as they seemed kind, the owner on the other hand seemed obnoxious and was playing with his phones for half the interview prior to greeting me.

Amazing Culture, Great Team. I have personally met the team and they are all so talented and friendly! My husband works for the AEI and it is absolutely wonderful to see how they have managed to maintain a fun and dynamic culture focused around learning, freedom, and rapid growth, he informs me almost everyday that his team makes everyday an opportunity to learn something new and exciting, there seems to be great transparency in the company!
