I used Barracuda for two accounts for a few years.. their tech service is good however.. they offer a no run out Guarantee.. and even have this in writing.. fact is they do nothing for you if you run out of oil. Meanwhile Maritime fuels will give you a free full tank of oil if they run you out while on auto service.. that's their "guarantee in writing". Also Auto service is only from Sept - May. Where as Maritime like others is the full 12 months. This combined with charging more for oil than the current price was claiming that was the price of the oil on the truck.. Can't be trusted on auto service

Quoted one item but installed an item not as quoted - different manufacturer & specs. When asked why switched ...only response is ..sorry our quote was wrong & any followup action with customer to sort was minimal. (No collaboration). WATCH WHAT YOUR GETTING & WHAT THEY ARE GOIING TO ACTUALLY DELIVERY!

We are extremely happy with the service Barracuda provided to us on short notice at this busy time of year. We had problems with our furnace and were worried we would not be able to get an appointment to have it checked before Christmas. But Barracuda squeezed us in and came out and serviced it. Courteous and friendly technicians. Great customer service!! A big thanks....and a Merry Christmas!!!

I’ve been getting oil delivered from them for over a year now. But last night the circulator pump gave up on my boiler, so I lost all heat. I called them up this morning and they were able to get someone out to me today even though it was a snow storm. The tech diagnosed and replaced the pump with a new one he had on hand within an hour.
