Services
Perspective Home Inspections offers a thorough home inspection. To help you better understand the process, the following is a brief description of what is included in a typical home inspection. The inspection normally takes 2 or 3 hours.

I start at the roof and evaluate not only the roof surface, but also the chimney, the ventilation system, the electrical service entrance, the plumbing stack, and any other systems or components located on the roof.I then move inside the house, and start in the basement or crawl space where I examine the major systems of the house and then work my way up through the home into the attic.
At PERSPECTIVE HOME INSPECTIONS we do our best to answer all of your questions. Below you will find a list of what we believe are the most frequently asked questions. If you have any questions that have not been answered below, do not hesistate to contact us. A typical inspection should take 2 to 3 hours to complete.

This guy goes above and beyond. Was sceptical about home inspection in this town but this guy was nothing but amazing. He takes you along the inspection with him and explains everything to you and the home owner. Thanks John!

Was very easy to work with, had a great sense of humour and was very knowledgable. Would recommend him to anyone and would use him for a second home!

He shows up on time with the proper equipment. He will tell you exactly what he finds and shows you so that you can make an informed decision. If you have any questions or concerns you can easily ask him and he will tell you what he knows. I would highly recommend everyone buying a home to get a home inspection. If you can get John as you home inspector then you know if your home is structurally safe, and it will allow you to make the right decision to either continue your purchase or walk away.
