Throughout his career, what John observed was how many electricians specializing in larger residential or commercial construction projects were using residential work as a "fill in" for their schedules.

Jonathan was excellent! He quickly changed all of our thermostats and made sure everything was working perfectly. The price was also affordable. It’s also always a good sign when the technician says great things about the company they work for. It means they treat their employees well. Great service. The electrician arrived on time and fix my problem. The electrician was professional and really careful. I do not five 5 stars because I find the same day service a bit of deceiving.
Same day service can be achievable only if you have an emergency and if you pay a hefty amount for the emergency. The company sends the electrician around 3 pm (not late at night) probably paying the normal salary but you end up paying a high prime. Why pay this you will ask? Or why you don't wait? Well, I had an issue with the heaters in winter plus a baby at home. It is a situation that you don't

Amazing service, phenomenal technician!!!! A cold Sunday afternoon in January 2021 and suddenly half the lights flicker, the oven & furnace turn off and won't come back on and no space heaters will work . Mohammed from Electrika talked to us over the phone, asked detailed questions to initially access the issue which helped us determine if we needed to move elderly mom to hotel (temps to -13), we didn't. Mohammed got to us quickly, fixed the issue to restore power immediately, explained the problem and we had a quote to fix the long term issue soon after.

The electrical wires coming into our house were damaged during a windstorm and hydro had to cut our power until all the repairs were made. Electrika was able to send out someone right away despite the fact that they were very busy. Communication was very efficient as they sent notification along with the picture of the electrician who was coming. Kyle the electrician also called to say what time he expected to arrive at our house. He did an excellent and thorough job. It was not cheap but was worth it. He even contacted Hydro to tell them the repairs were done and that they could come reconnect

Spent a ridiculous amount of time speaking to an electrician from here only to be told he couldn't do the job. He had alternatives which were ridiculous and unnecessary work. Called 2 other electricians and they laughed when I explained my situation with these guys. Apparently it's a known thing. Wish I knew this before because I wasted almost 90 bucks for someone to come and give a quote.. a ridiculous quote. (Yup, 2018.. companies still charging for quotes..) Also, I felt disrespected and the technician didn't really take my wishes to consideration. Kept telling me what he thought

I wanted to add a couple of electrical outlets to my house but wanted to speak with an electrician before committing to an appointment. The woman who answered the phone said she'd get their manager to call me back to answer my questions but he never called me! This was a small job but small jobs lead to bigger ones. I have to upgrade my panel from 100 to 200 amps which is an all day job. Guess who I "won't " be calling?.....

The customer service and work done is exceptional. I had an issue with my inital installation and got a personal call from the owner of the company. This is unheard of in customer service today. Generally competent and friendly. However, two or three things I'd need to criticize. First, there was equipment creep -- they began selling add-ons or various other replacements that were either optional or questionable. So that was just padding the bill. Secondly, they made a mistake by recommending the wrong size for a wall heater (which I had the option to search for myself, thereby saving money). It was a bad recommendation made by a journeyman replacing the main electrician. Thirdly, they responded to a request to check out a guaranteed piece of equipment; the visit was prompt-- and
