About Seaborn Manufacturing, it was founded by the Seaborn family in 1987. The company mission was to deliver high quality fabricated and machined parts to the Ontario Market from Kitchener Waterloo. Seaborn Manufacturing provides steel fabricated parts and weldments for a variety of industries, such as; health care and security.
Laser Cut precision parts for a wide range of industries. Our variable output Mazak laser is ideal for cutting from qty 1 to 1,000. Laser cutting metal produces an accurate part even with complex shapes and no requirement for special tooling. Our laser is fully automated to switch between the different materials with in our laser processing capabilities and has a two pallet shuttle.
Laser cutting aluminum with Seaborn is a quick and effective solution for the highest precision on even the most complex parts. Our staff is extremely experienced with aluminum laser cutting, and is comfortable handling a wide variety of projects. Nitrogen assist gas is used for almost all laser cut aluminum, with a few project specific exceptions.
