USellahome.com came about as a result of a lunch discussion with some fellow employees. A young lady at work had been looking at real estate the previous evening, she and her husband wanted a larger home, possibly an acreage in order to have more room for their growing family. The people they met wanted a smaller place.

It happened so fast that we ended up having to extend our closing date because we were having a hard time finding a place to buy.
