The Meraki Health Centre has two main interdisciplinary programs: our pediatric Team Interdisciplinary Developmental Evaluations (TIDEs) program; and our Gender Variance Program (GVP). We also provide health services for some general and specific subspecialty pediatrics as well as allied health therapy (psychology, counseling, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech-language pathology, nutrition).
Please note that at this time, our GVP waitlists are currently closed, as waiting times remain quite long for new consultations. For information about where to direct referrals during this period, please contact coordination@centremeraki.com. The TIDEs (Team Interdisciplinary Developmental Evaluations) program assesses children who have (or are at risk for) early developmental impairments or preschool/school-age neurodevelopmental issues.

At the Meraki Health Centre, we firmly believe that all children who need early developmental intervention should receive it in a timely fashion. Many times, the families who cannot afford private services, need them the most! The Meraki Alliance is a not-for-profit project engaged in raising funds for families needing free or discounted allied health services (physical and occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, psychology).

Extremely disappointed by their service. We’ve been seeing D. Cloutier for years as my daughter has multiple health conditions. All of the sudden she decides to drop our file with no explanation. We sched a phone consult, she didn’t call us back. Meraki doesn’t even answer the phone. I tried to shed an appointment this year via their website, it’s been two weeks and I haven’t heard from them. In times when patients need care the most they just don’t care. I’m putting a complain through the medical association and to the administration. Don’t bother with this office. Look somewhere

People do not answer the phone, they do not return messages. I got my prescription for hormones quickly but (1) they did not know a trans-friendly pharmacy, (2) they did not tell me I could get my injection in the leg or stomach and prescribe the correct needle (3) they did not know a trans-friendly CLSC that could help me.
