My family drives out from Hamilton to be serviced by Rob. If that doesn't say something, I don't know what does. This time I got a fantastic price for new summer tires. I've had my fair share of mechanics in the past who have been unprofessional, or try to conveniently inflate their prices (I'm sure other ladies can relate). I was pointed towards Neely Automotive after blowing a trailer tire on the highway on a Friday afternoon. Rob had me back my trailer into the shop and ended up replacing both tires on the existing rims. All in all I was in and out within 45 minutes and for a reasonable price. Great service and is willing to help you get back on the road quick in a moments notice.

My family has dealt with Rob at Neely Auto for years! I have since recently had issues with a vehicle I bought and he helped me out immensely and is continuing to help me out. He is very thorough, and honest with everything. He actually takes the time to explain everything to you and insure that you know what is going on. Great guy, super nice, and great mechanic.
