Poor customer service and very cheap frames. We bought 4 pair, last Fall, one pair the arm on my frame broke off less that 5 hrs after leaving the store. 2 more pair were not properly fitted and needed to be replaced with different frames and my last pair they didn't set up, adjust nor ensure the lenses were correcting my vision. $1200 we paid and will never be back. We bought extended warranty but with their rude attitude with needing so many unsatisfactory adjustments, we don't feel comfortable returning to that store or asking for repairs and proper fitting. The employee had told to me to have a seat when I was done picking out the frames I wanted to try, and someone would come up and help me out. Sat there for 20 minutes or more before someone different approached me and asked if I was finished. While there was 5 or more employees just standing around doing nothing, while I'm looking around wondering why no one is helping , outwardly speaking to my partner wondering why no one is coming up to help, Kind of annoying because There wasn't even anyone else in the store at the time. They need to work on their customer service, had a bad vibe the moment

From the moment you walk into this amazing store, you are taken care of completely. The service from every salesperson is the best I’ve had anywhere in a long time. The frames selections is excellent and the prices are like no other. When I went in to pick up my glasses, the salesperson also fixed my sunglasses at no cost! I can’t say enough great things about Optical Warehouse!! 😁😁😁

High praise for excellent AFTER the sale support. I bought a spare frame two years ago, when I bought my first pair from them. When I recently decided to try and use them there was a problem with the small screws on the spare frames, which subsequently led to me loosing the screws when I tried to deal with it myself. Whew, they found me the missing screw and made it work perfectly. All the staff here seems cheerful and helpful.

I've purchased 5 pairs of glasses from this company and I am VERY pleased with my experience. The staff were very helpful, and prices are great! I've never been able to afford multiple pairs of glasses until now! It's great! It took about 2 weeks to receive them each time. One pair did take a little longer, which is understandable knowing that they are sent to the lab which is out of province. The staff kept me informed during the process and it was totally worth the wait to have glasses made right with the technology they are using- best in the city! My lenses are sooooo clear

I actually haven't bought glasses here yet, but I plan to. I heard about this place from the paper, and came from Truro to search it out - & I was certainly impressed by the selection & style of the glasses they had - and the price range. There were plenty that were affordable enough even for me. The staff were very helpful, & worked out a potential price for TWO sets of glasses that was less than most places charge for one. I only rated them a 4 since I have not gotten glasses yet. But unless the cheaper ones are really inferior - which I didn't think was the case - I will

3.5 stars. Lots of variety to choose from, way more than other optical outlets in the HRM area. Prices for frames are amazing starting at $20 and lenses are quite good. Only problem is the are some awesome frames but they have hockey logos on them and you can't pick the team you'd like, there were too many nice ones but they had Montreal logos. Also the in house styles were gorgeous but their logo "I see" on the side looked stupid, if you couldn't see the logo the frames were very nice and would be something to wear. People in the store are very helpful and listened to
