Had Rant service a furnace at a home I was renting a couple of years ago. They showed up promptly but without proper tools to clean the coil, so I borrowed the repairman a vaucume and a brush and a few other things and he was gone in 20 minutes. Communication was horrible, the bill wasn't cleared by the landlord, so Rant sent it to collections with my name on file. Damaging my credit and now the workers at Rant are still harassing me after I told collections I would not be paying the $100 as it isn't my home and I don't live there. Will never deal with them again.

During these Coronavirus times it,s great to have someone go out of their way to help people out, I was away on vacation came back to mandatory quarantine and a bunch of leaky pipes, without putting anyone at risk Mitch happily walked me through how to fix my problems.
