Mike, Joe and the rest of the staff were fantastic in their assistance, transparency, honesty and integrity from start to finish, through the purchase of our pre-owned truck. Purchasing from Swan Lake Motors is a truly refreshing experience. A few weeks after the purchase, I discovered that critical a sensor developed a problem and required replacing. I am based out of the south Okanagan, and when we talked to Mike and Joe, they didn't hesitate in coordinating with our mechanic to take care of ensuring the sensor was replaced and the truck was back out working ASAP! I went to Swan lake motors because I know Joe and Heather, and it was undoubtedly the best decision I made when I was trying to find a Truck. Joe really worked hard to get me the best vehicle for my price and my needs. I cannot recommend them enough.
