We contacted the office for a family doctor, we haven’t been able to find a family physician after being here for 2 years. We were given a virtual appointment with Dr. Jessica Bajwa after a month-long wait time. On the day of the appointment my wife took time off to receive the doctor’s call, however didn’t get the call or a VM, instead received an email that they couldn’t reach her or leave a VM, however in the email they had the wrong number mentioned, we called the clinic back to report that however, had to leave a message which was not responded to. Love this clinic! They are really prompt and always ready to help whenever I call. Not to mention, the front desk is super kind and lovely, which is rare for most clinics I’ve encountered in the past. Highly recommend!

We have had major issues especially after the covid started getting through on their phone lines, as in phone is not picked up and voicemails not returned. We have not been able to access the family doctor on many occasions without delay. Initially, we were told other doctors cover for each other and that has not happened. There may be good doctors but if their accessibility, scheduling and administration of the clinic does not work to serve patients, there is a problem. Lack of access to the doctor and doctors not working together to help each other translates to lack of empathy and compassion

Dr Lina Al Imari is our family physician and we are very pleased with her professionalism and compassion. She acts quickly on issues and or concerns and is caring. The office staff is wonderful also. Highly recommend this medical clinic.

I've had a great experience at the clinic. They have been accommodating to my requests when booking appointments. There is also an excellent on site pharmacy, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Website says accepting new patients under multiple doctors. I spent significant time researching the doctors and the clinic. When called to book an appointment, I was informed they are not accepting new patients and just haven't updated their website. Such a waste of time!

When I called to book an appointment to find a family dr, I spoke to Beatrice who was very very kind and professional. She answered all my questions thoroughly unlike many other admins in the area. I'm excited to meet my new family dr thanks to the great service from the admin staff!

I have been to other pharmacies but Aqil is the first and only pharmacist whom I’ve dealt with who shows care and compassion for his clients! This pharmacy is very resourceful, helpful and kind. They are on top of their job and are by far the BEST pharmacy I’ve dealt with to date. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them!

My family doctor is a Centro Healthcare Physician and I highly recommend them. Here’s why
- They are responsive
- I love the way my doctor informs me about everything that’s ongoing with my file, with my tests, and also what to expect.
- My doctor doesn’t wait for things to get worse before she refers me to a specialist. She analyses what needs to be done and suggests a course of action appropriately.
- They have a pharmacy right out front so it’s easier to just pick prescriptions as and when they’re ready.
- As the Covid outbreak began (March 2020) doctors were rarely accepting

Does this place even have a receptionist? No one answers the phone. The "request an appointment" button on their website just gives you the phone number again.
