Reynars Funeral Home is committed to remaining open to serve the community despite the challenges of the pandemic and ensuring the funeral home is a safe environment for our families and staff. We have adapted our services and operations to adhere to the orders of the Provincial Health Officer (PHO).
Please call the office to make an appointment, to allow us to safely schedule our funeral directors and sanitize between meetings. We ask that only 1-2 decision makers meet with us to make arrangements in person, due to the small size of our meeting rooms. Please be advised that condolences posted to a Tribute Page will go through an approval process before being published.

Services
Established in 1929 by Joe Dill, Reynars Funeral Home & Crematorium has been serving the Peace River Country in British Columbia and Alberta for almost 100 years. Doug Reynar served the community from 1951 through 1966, and Ernie Hamre continued the tradition for 36 years, retiring in 2002. Taking the time to arrange your funeral is one less thing your loved ones will need to worry about once you've passed.
Reynars Funeral Home can create a Living Eulogy out of photos and home videos of your loved one to be played during the service. We can create a memorable tribute to your loved one to be saved for future generations and provide a sense of history. Consider music that was meaningful to the person who passed or to your family.
One of the first steps the executor or next of kin must take is to contact the funeral home. The staff at Reynars can be reached 24 hours a day to answer any questions you may have. We will be able to arrange to have your loved one transferred into our care and set an appointment for you to have a private consultation with one of our funeral directors.
Chris Clements was born and raised in Grande Prairie. Chris is married to his wife Colleen, and they have one son and two daughters. He attended Peace River Bible Institute and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Pastoral Ministry. He was a Pastor for 12 years at Christian Fellowship Assembly. He was also involved with counselling individuals and couples, and worked with youth and young adults.
On behalf of the family of Shirley Pybus we would like to thank you all for the kindness and understanding that you showed us. We often take for granted the very things that most deserve our gratitude. This is Keith Graham in California. One year ago was the passing of my brother, Gerry Graham, in Dawson Creek.

Do not use this incompetent funeral home. Richard needs his licience removed by his governing board. Which I intend to write. Richard chooses to ignore wills/estate laws, Richard choose to gave our loved ones ashes away to people that are not legally suppose to have them. Although he was warned, he feels hes off the hook We intend to make everyone know and get hos licience removed.

We’ve recently experienced 2 funerals with the help of Richard, Sandy and team at Reynars. The services were both extremely loving with professional and attention to detail service. When service is important, this crew is your team. Outstanding human beings at this establishment. 🌹✨🙏🏽
