I highly recommend using Blackdot for all your web designing needs. They provide excellent customer service and very responsive. My website wasn't working and one of the employees named Eglis was able to resolve the issue very quickly. I was extremely impressed how fast he did it. Any tasks you need them to do for your website needs. They will absolutely do it.

I hired blackdot to create a marketing WordPress site and they also made a custom e-commerce back end for my business. E-commerce works well with Beanstream payments. They met with us at our offices for an initial meeting but I also visited their location in downtown. I'm now getting them to help me advertise on Google.

Had a bad experience with this company and had to pull the plug as a result of not settling on the creative. The project lacked structure -
there were no milestones - and communication was sparse. It's an older mindset at BlackDot with older ideas and work ethic so things moved frustratingly slow (4 months to nail creative) and by comparison, we just hired in house on contract from upwork and within 2 weeks are further ahead, cheaper, and communication is non-stop. Plus the process is super creative and productive. I can't recommend going in house enough. Otherwise you're paying a premium for
