Absolutely terrible customer service. I booked a medium sized tank weeks ago. Went to pick it up today to find out they were out of stock. I was quoted $125 for a medium tank that fills up to 175 balloons. A small tank is $95 which fills 100 balloons and a large tank is $195 which fills up to 250 balloons. They expected us to pay either $190 for 2 small tanks or $195 for the large tank. They refused to discount the difference, even though it was THEIR fault. I even offered to meet them over half way at $175 for a large...and they refused. I have rented from them a few times in the past... but NEVER

Called them in advanced to ordered to disposable helium tanks, the lady said I can drop by anytime during office hours (Monday to Friday 9-6). I went there on Tuesday at 10 ,the place was not open. There was a note at the door saying by appointment only, which was not mention anywhere on the website nor during the phone conversation. I Called the number, the owner said the lady should be at the shop any minute, I waited for another 20 minutes, no body show up and when I call them back again nobody pick up . Stupid place ,don’t waste your time .

I called to ask about purchasing a disposable helium tank for a memorial that was being done for a passed loved one. When I phoned, I was concurrently looking at their website to verify I had all the information correct. They did in fact, have what I was looking for but the advertised price of $31.99 was now $39.99 because of a 'helium shortage'. I politely informed them of the discrepancy and they told me that there was nothing they could do.
Of course, the memorial is more important than the complete disregard for why I'm using their service at all so I still

Horrible experience and poor customer service. They did not deliver when they were supposed to and gave no notice or heads up. After numerous calls and an email I finally got in touch with someone the next day and they said they would deliver that day. I got a call later saying they wouldn't make it so they sent the tanks over in an Uber. I ordered 1 large tank which they confirmed was okay originally but then they said they didn't have any more so they would send 2 smaller tanks. This was fine, until they picked up. They sent someone to pick up the tanks with no notice or confirmation with me

Very poor service! We chose this company because of their location and price, but discovered that their store was never actually open and they were terrible about returning calls. Arranging both the pick up and return of the helium tank was extremely stressful! You don't need this stress when you're planning an important event! Don't use this company!

I rented a helium tank from them. When I went to return the tank, on their website it says they are opened until 3:30 pm. When I got there at 2 pm and they were closed. I drove from Markham and was my time and gas to get there. I called the number and the owner answered and gave me 2 options, wait for an hour for him to come in which I could not do or come another day. I told him it was very inconvenient to come back and that his hours were posted that he was open. He then proceeded to get angry with me and told me it was his store and he can open and close how he feels and then started swearing

Horrible customer service. I should have read the reviews. Do not give them your credit card info. I never authorized a helium tank rental, nor the rental fee, nor was i told there was a delivery fee. I only authorized a charge for balloons i ordered, and sadly was charged for 3 other services. After calling numerous times, and leaving multiple messages, i finally get refunded for 2 items (not authorized), but still waiting on the other refund. TERRIBLE. will NEVER order from them again. Reported them to BBB as well.

Horrible experience. Very unprofessional. Had me on hold for almost 45 minutes after we complained about them mixing up our delivery day and then hung up once their store closed. We even called the morning that we were suppose to receive the tank to confirm and they still mixed it up. Did not answer any phone calls after we complained and left us stranded the night before a party with 500+ people! Do not recommend using this company AT ALL!!

I was really hoping this company's services would work and everything was fine up until we had an issue with the nozzle. I had delivery on Friday afternoon for a community event on Saturday & Sunday. I was not there during delivery but when I arrived on Saturday I noticed there was a crack in the nozzle. I assumed this wouldn't be a problem and blew up a handful of balloons; trying to make sure that I covered this crack in case of issues. Due to weather we only had about 20 - 25 balloons handed out the first day, so we were looking forward to a larger crowd on Sunday

If I could give them zero I would. Agree with Dima & Alyssa. I sent an email before placing my order and received no response at all. Their website claims that orders placed before 3pm will be delivered the same day. NOT TRUE. And they did not bother to contact me either. Had to track the order down the next day. Finally arrives - ordered the 50 balloons + tank. No way is it possible to blow up 50 balloons with the tank provided, unless you made them the size of softballs. Sent email asking for at a minimum to have my $15 delivery fee reimbursed. No response. Terrible customer service

Worst company and customer service ever! Helium tank was supposed to be delivered for our special event on Saturday morning and never arrived. The person we spoke with then said it would be delivered between 1:00 p.m. and 2:-00 p.m. (it wasn't) then between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m. (it wasn't) and the company is now closed (Sunday) and we still have no helium tank.
