We have assembled a professional team that works closely with property management companies, commercial developments, and strata groups. The range of services we offer include, drain cleaning, video inspection of underground electrical and gas piping, replacement water heaters and plumbing fixtures.
Here, every participant was able to win a prize, that included gift certificates for a service call from one of our technicians, a multi-drawer Milwaukee tool chest, a Toto toilet and a Delta faucet. Additionally, our state of the art underground locating equipment enables us to video inspect your perimeter drain system and pinpoint the location of the blockage or area of collapse, possibly minimizing the amount of excavation required.Our varieties of earth moving equipment allow us to access even cramped areas in back and side yards, as well as tackle the bigger projects requiring our large machinery.

Our water system from our well would not work . We called 4 different plumbing companies and terra nova is the only one that called back we explained our situation . They said they would prioritize us as we had no water and they where here the next morning. Jamie and Liam arrived on time and very courteous and professional. Would highly recommend this company for their professional service and excellent employees. We have running water again after an hour .

Workmen were great and we have no complaints about them, however management was not. We had THREE no shows for our appointments without any contact or reasoning as to why until I followed up with them. Manager I was dealing with acknowledged that was unacceptable but also didn’t even offer an apology. Wasted a ton of our time in that respect. Also the manager forgot to add things to the work order even though it had been confirmed with me via email, so the workmen had to come back. Don’t know if the manager in question was just taking on too much work, but it really left a sour taste in our

Fantastic service. I thought my outside tap was fixed but just after accepting an offer on my house I realized the tap wouldn't turn off the water completely. The inspector was due to arrive as per the buyers offer to buy my home. Dwight from Terra Nova arrived 30 minutes after I called and had the job done in 30 minutes. The bill was extremely reasonable, Dwight is very friendly and professional. Couldn't have asked for more.

Dwight and Terry (owner) came out on a Sunday morning of a long weekend and spent 4 hrs replacing my gas hot water tank. That is exceptional! They were friendly and neat, too. I could not have been happier with the quick service (they were there in an hour) during my "emergency" - thinking I wouldn't have hot water for days! In fact, the owner was able to source a tank from a supply warehouse within an hour as well!

While trying to sell my house, it was discovered that there was dampness in the crawlspace. Because it was actively being viewed I was in a bit of a panic to find and fix the problem asap. I called two companies, the first one told me they might be able to come and check it out in 2-3 days. I couldn’t wait that long.
I called Terra Nova and was told they could stop in and do a quick check on the way to another site as they were going by my place that morning. Within 10 minutes, they were at my door.
As it turned out the entire perimeter drain needed to be replaced as it had been incorrectly
