Tracy's love of fitness, along with her passion for helping others, is what has kept her active in health and wellness for close to 30 years. She is a goal-oriented professional with extensive experience working with individuals but also working with corporations and within her community. Since 1988, she has designed, managed and delivered a variety of health and wellness programs.

For the past six years, as owner/operator of Fitness Powers In., she has been a personal trainer, post-rehab specialist and lifestyle, fitness and nutrition coach to a growing number of local and visiting clients. Tracy understands well the need for individuals to stay healthy through the many stages of life.

The body benefits when the muscle groups are completely relaxed. This assisted stretch program will help you do just that. Our Stretching with Powers trainers will help teach your muscles to let go of the tension and stiffness they are holding. Your body will be guided to release back to a neutral, calm, stress free state while receiving a gentle, yet deep stretch.
This is a completely original workout that draws on the flowing movements of tai chi which create health and balance, the strengthening theories behind ballet which create long, lean, flexible muscles and the healing principles of physiotherapy which create a pain free body.

Whether it's back spasms, throbbing joints or arthritis aches this gentle workout combines slow and large movements to lubricate the many layers of stiff connective tissue-bringing mobility and pain relief to the entire body.You will stretch and strengthen your entire body and feel an increase in energy!
Fueling with Powers is a nutrition program designed to help you live a healthy lifestyle. Provided by Nutrition Coaches, nutrition recommendations are tailored to fit your unique nutrition needs. On confirmation of booking you will be sent a health questionnaire which is a comprehensive review of your health symptoms, lifestyle, goals and a 3-day food diary.
Embrace a new Beach body program that solely focuses on nutrition - ZERO exercise required? Ilana understands the struggle of emotional eating, she knows what it takes to overcome it. To lose the weight. To build a new type of relationship with food. That's because she went through it. That doesn't mean that you shouldn't or can't work out, it just means that working out is a bonus!
One of our certified, personal trainers will design an fitness program for you to specifically meet your personal goals. Pre-screening of health history, prior injuries and any limitations are addressed during the program design. Depending on your need your program could include one or all of the following: full body strength training to increase metabolism, muscle strength, endurance, core stability and balance training.
