In 1967, Dave Deschenes began installing and servicing overhead doors, and later established Dave's Overhead Doors Ltd. in 1980. Respected for his personalized service and quality products, Dave's Overhead Doors quickly grew into a name that was trusted and well respected in the overhead door business.

For over 27 years, Dave took great pride in providing the best possible customer care and value. Building on that reputation, Eric Schmidt operated Dave's Overhead Doors for the next 14 years. He continued to win over customers with his honest, professional service and warm personality. Today, the tradition continues under the ownership of Alex Schmidt.

Contacted Dave's through their website. Alex provided a prompt and detailed quote a while ago and, even with COVID-19 providing delays, kept me informed at every step. John arrived on time this morning, replaced the existing door and installed an opener. John did an incredibly thorough job and left the garage cleaner than when he found it. I highly recommend Dave's Overhead Doors.

I was referred to these folks and was I glad.

Spoke to Alex and set an appointment. His counterpart came down and I left him to do his magic. When I went out I couldn't believe my eyes.

Dave's Overhead Doors repaired my garage door a month back. They were able to fix it for less than $300 when other companies told me I would have to replace the door for a couple of thousand.
Dave was able to fit my repair into his schedule immediately and get the work done quickly. He seemed very knowledgeable and explained how the door worked and what had happened to cause the problem to arise in the first place. He also went over some basic preventative maintenance for the future. Did a great job and haven't had any problems since
