I hate to give a bad review, especially since the staff was friendly and the place was clean. However, my sister and I both asked for a trim and some layers and both of our hair cuts were super uneven. We couldn't tell at first because she styled our hair with a little curl. Even then when we got back to the car, my sister noticed there was a chunk that seemed longer than the others, We thought maybe she just missed it and my sister decided she could fix that chunk at home. However, after a shower we both realized how uneven the cut was. This picture was taken after a shower with my hair parted
