The experience with this real estate company has been terrible. The first being an agent, Mike Randell who does not return phone calls or phone messages. Finally when I was able to speak to him, that is after my repeated phone calls, one of his excuses was, he needed to clean his desk before he could call me. This is 4 days since my phone call to him. Clearly he was not interested in helping me find a home or a business property. From what I can gather, he picks and chooses who he wants to work with. My dealings with this place were horrible from start to finish. Firstly the agent lied out right about the condition and price of the home then tried to deny the evidence I presented. Several real estate business practices and laws were breached in this process. I was forced to go into an agreement that I was not ready to through manipulative sales pressure techniques and presented with an agreement which my bank said was fraudulent. I was then threatened that if I did not go through with the deal that I would be sued when the contact was based on lies. Awful place to deal with.
