Critical: Professionalism, Quality
I went to get my windshield repaired today, cash deal. they repaired it and it seemed okay from the outside. However, from the inside the crack was still completely visible and no improvement whatsoever. I asked for some of my money back and they gave me a very hard time. I would never use this service again.Terrible service.

Great customer service, Sam helped me out with my glass replacement. Just had my front windshield replaced due to crack from the heating element for the wiper defrosters. Will report back of any concerts but none so far. The tech even helped me remove my dashcam and gave me double sided tape to remount it.

I was attended by Adam. From my first call to him till the time he finished installing the OEM windshield on my GL350, he was extremely polite, friendly and cooperative.
They accommodated me in 3 hours notice and done excellent job. They charged very reasonable price for the installation.
I will highly recommend them.

Had a chip in my windshield repaired. Made a appointment for 915 am. At 915 my car went into the shop, at 930 it qas done. Service was great, repair looks great, the serviceman qho took my car in for thevrepair andvtge employee who brought it out to me were professional and polite. Grat place to go. I will return if i need any of the services they provide

Fantastic experience with these guys! I needed my windshield replaced and Sam and team were very accommodating around my hectic schedule. I had to reschedule a few times due to issues with my dealership and they were always professional and worked with me to rebook. When I was finally able to come in the job was done in less than an hour! Very happy with the service and would recommend- thank you Sam and team!

My windshield camera was put back together with so much dirt and dust that my lane keep assist would not work. The frustrating thing is that I pointed out the dirt before driving away but the technician said it shouldn't cause any problems. If it does, bring it back in. He also said removing the camera assembly for my car was a pain. It's actually not that bad and I know this because I took it apart and cleaned it myself and now my lane keep works again. (The error bothered me so much, I had to do it myself right away).
