As our name indicates, we want you to be well within! Since we opened our first practice in Halifax in 2001, and then our second location here in Truro, we've remained passionate about promoting health and wellness to those in our communities. Our cartoon "Superheroes" on our website reflect, in a playful manner, our belief that chiropractic can give patients an edge when it comes to health.

Dr. Celina is a credit to her profession. I have seen many chiropractors over the years and I can tell you her knowledge & skill set are second to none. Not only was she able to isolate my pain issues almost immediately (damage incidentally caused by a bad chiropractor) but she took the time to explain my injury in detail (even taking & reviewing x-rays) as well as her short and long term treatment plans. She relieved weeks of pain in a single visit. It's not easy to find a really good chiropractor and I cannot recommend Well Within highly enough.

Professional, and clean atmosphere! very efficient, relatable and personable, they truly care for your over all health and well being. I feel safe with their protocols and environment. I have celiac disease and alot of sensitivities that wear on my body, I always leave feeling better! the staff know their stuff and truly care for EVERYONES needs that walk thru that door! If you want a place that feels like home, and people who put their heart into it I highly recommend

Dr Celina is absolutely amazing. I’ve recommended her to multiple people so far and will continue to do so. She is very thorough and I trust her 110% in any recommendation she may have. I feel a million times better every time I leave there. Amazing experiences and I will definitely continue to go back time and time again.
