Worst experience I have ever had at a jewelers. I am devastated after bringing in my engagement ring in to get resized. It only need to be taken in from half a size, but made it clear that there was a Engraving on the inside that had to stay (it was small and on the inside, on the side) it should have never been touched. I showed up to pick up the ring and the original engraving was gone. And replaced by large block letters. With my name miss spelled. I had no indication before hand that it had been changed or that they couldn't resize it with keeping the engraving. ( If I had known I wouldn't

Amazing Jeweler. Mr. Frew fixed my engagement ring after another jeweler wrecked it. It looked amazing. The service is excellent and very affordable. I was so pleased with the work done I decided to get my wedding band custom made there. I am paying the price of a regular band you would find somewhere else for a custom piece. Highly recommended
