Whatever you do don't just buy the exterior wash they don't seem to care about service on that product and you end up sitting in your car indefinitely waiting for your wash. I've tried to be loyal to this place but after several poor washes, a broken antenna or two and some indifferent response from staff I will be going elsewhere. Fortunately there is a new place not to far away.

Gold wash purchased. Trunk not vacuumed and back seat area poorly done. Spoke to person and was told I should of known to open the trunk if I wanted it done. Advertised wash says all interior vacuumed. Person on the phone said come back to any location and they will do it again. Not convenient as I live out of town. Will not return.

Very busy place.This was my first experience with the Chamois Carwash.Everything felt very rushed. I was disappointed in the interior clean. Still very dirty. It wasn’t much better than your standard car wash ,except for the fact that they were able to remove all the bugs from front of car and clean the windshield. Rear of my car still had alot of dirt and debris in hatch area. Mud was running down the rear area when they were finished.

If I could give this a zero star, I would not think twice! Horrible cleaning job! Got the 'gold' package and inside looked uncleaned. seats had some coffee stains, dashboard and the vents were not dusted, you can clearly see the the dust. The cup holders were not cleaned. When I asked why they weren't, I was told that I needed to have the car detailed to have them cleaned which would cost me around $100. I drive on the highway for work so I get a lot bugs stuck to the front of the vehicle. When I got out of my vehicle to check, it was not done properly. I don't understand why you would name that

I went for my first ever detailing at the Waverley location. They did a great job and my car is sparkly clean! There was a mix up with my car mats and I did not receive them back after my detail. The detailing manager, Carlo, was extremely helpful and we had the issue resolved the following day. Every person working at the front and in the detailing department was kind and helpful. Thank you!

-Not every crevice was completely clean, hard to reach spots could use more attention
-Interior was very wet
-No dedicated appointment lane. I booked an appointment for a full interior cleaning but ended up waiting in line with everyone else regardless so no point in making a reservation
