As your business becomes even more reliant on IT, your network infrastructure needs to work harder. If it doesn't you'll lose your competitive edge. You don't have the time or resources to effectively support your IT network infrastructure. And you lack the in-house tools for monitoring network devices and proprietary technologies.

Took my otherwise perfectly fine phone in to get a swollen battery replaced. Left with a phone that some days will restart itself in a loop for the last 40% of the battery life and then go from 20% to dead in a matter of minutes. Following battery calibration instructions online hasn't helped.
So much for making sure things worked before giving me my phone back.

Got my rear glass replaced on my phone, but shortly after picking it up I noticed small dots throughout my front screen, also debris in the camera flash, and glue all around my phone.
I took it back and spoke with the manager and was asked to bring it back the next morning to have a tech look at it. I did, and the tech said “I’m not sure how this… would happen in the process we use” and did nothing about it.
Went in with a broken rear glass, came out with a phone with a poorly glued on rear glass, debris in my camera flash, and now a front screen with specks throughout

My laptop screen shut off randomly one day and wouldn’t come back on, no matter what I tried. So I brought it it to Alberta Computers knowing that there was a $60 diagnostic fee. I wanted them to tell me what was broken on it. What I didn’t expect, was for them to tell me “There’s nothing wrong with your computer, it works just fine. It must be… your charger. Your total is $63.” That was disheartening to hear. Any other business would have said “Actually, we found out it’s not broken after all. Have a good day,” and let me leave without charge

Came in to buy a hard drive. They asked what it was for and I told them an Xbox one. They told me good luck in a very rude way. Then told me that they have no luck doing that sort of work and asked how I… would do it. I told them how to do it. They brought me a western digital hdd and told me the cost was twice as much as Best Buy’s. So I walked out. I would never recommend any price gouger. And they’re techs must not be very good if they can’t even change a hard drive in an Xbox. So I went to Best Buy and bought 3.
