A small story:
I had a quote from Microtune for some front-end work. The final invoice was far off the quote, and when I asked to go over it, Vince took the time to run through the quote on his computer. It was found there was a discrepancy, and instead of passing the burden onto the customer Microtune did the right thing and honoured the quote.
I think everyone knows the reputation mechanics can have. I have no long-standing or personal connection to the business. Not only did Microtune do a fantastic job repairing my vehicle

Our entire family has gone to micro-tune for well over a decade and have all had top notch experience every time. They always give a call prior to doing the actual work and thoroughly explain everything. I appreciate their honesty in letting me know what fixes are urgent and what can wait. I've never once felt pressured or that the work being done wasn't truly warranted at the time. Best auto centre around!!

Everyone in my family takes our vehicles here and have for as long as I can remember. I know any time I go there I am going to get amazing service and I never worry afterwards that something else is going to go wrong. They have such a family feel there and always ask how work is going and how my son is doing. They make you feel like you matter. I tell everyone who asks about mechanics to go here. Great service, bar none the most reliable, trustworthy mechanics you will be lucky enough to find. They go above and beyond, it shows year after year the hard work they do, leaves me and my family who also only deal with Mike, or Vince with a rare peace of mind. Friendly environment as well.
