In the summer of 2000, Mark and Susan bought the existing practice of Rahn Chiropractic Centre, a practice that had been successfully serving the community of Lindsay for over 30 years. Together, they have been helping the families of the City of Kawartha Lakes for over 15 years now. Susan and Mark, business partners for over a year, married, with a family quickly following.
The Activator Method Chiropractic Technique(R) is a gentle, low-force approach to chiropractic care. It incorporates the latest advances in orthopedic, neurological and chiropractic examinations along with research-based analysis in order to help restore proper spinal balance both safely and comfortably.
New to the office is the latest cutting-edge technology in the form of Super Pulsed Cold Laser treatments using either Theralase(R) or Multi Radiance Medical lasers. These treatments provide our patients with a safe, effective and non-invasive therapy that rapidly heals tissue and is clinically proven to eliminate pain.
When talking about one's health, we should also include a discussion about the benefits of foot care, proper shoes and orthotics. Chiropractic adjustments for knees and feet, along with proper footwear and orthotics, are important for the treatment and the continued good health of our bodies. Custom foot orthotics are classically used to treat common maladies of the foot.

Have had flash headaches, for a few years. Have had it looked into, with no solutions. Came here, on a friend's advice, for lower back pain. As my history is being reviewed, I am asked re my answer, to a question..do you get headaches? I am asked to describe them, & he says casually, that's a pitched nerve , in your neck. We can fix that. and they did!❤❤
