Recently, Hayter installed a furnace and heat pump in my home. Staff are prompt, polite, professional and competent, from Jim who helped us with product selection, to Harley, Devon and Shaun, who installed. They cleaned up following installation, and took their time to ensure our operational understanding. Would definitely utilize Hayter again, and confidently recommend then to family and friends. A terrific experience with Hayters and the service technician who visited (Harley). He was efficient, effective and friendly. He understood the Geothermal System and reviewed what options I had on this call. It's refreshing to feel a highly trained mechanical specialist respects the homeowners, doesn't talk "down" to his clients and clearly explains what's required and what the costs are. I highly recommend Hayters and their team.
