Dr. Bansal is a gem of a veterinarian. He has been undertaking house calls for the past couple of years, part time, as he has a regular full-time job. He is punctual, thorough and his rates are very reasonable. We are super fortunate that he looks after our pets for all their needs - in our home. We wouldn't have it any other way!

Very responsive and human Veterinarian. My daughter came from Toronto for the holidays with her little puppy, the puppy fell and was in pain from his front leg. This was the only veterinarian in Ottawa that was able to see the dog, and help inmobilizing the puppy's leg that night until we could get x rays the next day. We called lots of emergency veterinary clinics but all turned us down. His doctor was the only one that understood the situation and gave us a positive response to help the dog.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Just called this number to see about arranging a home visit for my dog. The gentleman who answered seemed totally unprofessional. He answered hello instead of Oak Grove vets. My guess is maybe he's working a day job and taking calls on a cell.

It was an emergency, they didn't even bother to respond. Disappointed.

Dr. Bansal dealt both with my kitten and my concerns with equal patience, empathy and professionalism. His examination was thorough; his handling of the animal gentle and assured. I was most pleased with his visit.
