We experienced a dog/carpet disaster this weekend. Big Ben's staff members Josh and Zolton worked diligently to do everything they could to try and save our hall and stair carpets. We are very appreciative of their efforts and fitting our house emergency into their very busy week. Thank you so much for your hard work! These are the folks to call when life throws you a very big carpet surprise!

Very respinsive to hiring them to do final cleaning of carpets before new owners took possession of home we sold. Showed up on time and made good suggestions on services needed. Work was done throughly and kept us informed as to when they were finished. This is the second time we’ve used Big Ben. They were very professional at the time of booking and at the time of our service. The service technician was upfront with us regarding our cloth dining chairs, stating he likely wouldn’t be able to clean them to my satisfaction due to the type of material and advanced staining. He actually cleaned… one of the chairs, free of charge, so that I could see the poor result. Very high service standards and excellent workmanship describe this company completely.
