Darren met me at spectra powerboats with his code reader and procceed to work on my truck to fix things that were unfixed by previous mechanics. He listened and asked questions and was determined to make a proper diagnostic as opposed to throwing parts at the problem. Very impressed!!
Passing through Williams lake we had some issues with our 2013 ram 3500, wasn't sure if that was real serious and needed to be fixed, they made Time to diagnose it and determine it was was nothing serious but time consuming to fix, they have it booked for a return trip in week and a half.
Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Darren was awesome. He worked late and even came in on his day off to finish my car. He really takes pride in his work and not often you find a business that go over and beyond for their customers. Very professional and friendly and caring. Definitly recommend them.

OMG!!! Darren and Brad were awesome! We were headed back from our holiday up north to Vernon and our truck decided it wasn't going to cooperate. My husband got us parked and googled a mechanics shop, read the google reviews and we chose to call Bailey's Automotive. The reviews weren't lying. They were super busy with their own customers and scheduled repairs but they took the time, (more than 2 hours) to look at our truck to determine if we should risk it and drive it back to Vernon. The answer was no. We also had an RV to consider! After many calls and brainstorming BCAA towed our truck back to

My friend and I brought our vehicles in for a pinion seal change. They were very helpful and nice. Found me a great deal on a drive shaft which needed to be replaced as well on my car. They got both the cars done in a very short time as well. 10/10 would recommend.

We were stranded coming through Williams Lake on our vacation and were experiencing car problems. Called maybe 10 shops around Williams lake and no one would help us out on short notice. Bailey Auto service quickly changed their schedules around and had us back on the road by 10 am. They were extremely helpful and knew what they were doing to help diagnose our issue. Very grateful that they could accommodate us during our vacation. Thanks again!
