They were awesome, I had lost my driving glasses and I needed them to drive. They got me in same day, where everyone else said I would have to wait a month or more.
Was a free exam also, lots of choices on glasses there.
The personal touch, and customer service not found at any of the big chain stores.

I'm a first time customer. Once they came out of hiding ( busy in the back, I guess) , I was greeted with smiles and humor. I only needed lenses, no frames. They continued to be friendly and efficient. No problems with billing insurance either. Glasses arrived sooner then expected. All in all it was a good experience.

Treats people indifferently for partial services. Since I already had a frame, and needed just glasses, their tone and approach changed immediately upon knowing that. Upon order completion, I was not given a prescription/summary statement that determines the power of my glasses. The reason given was that 'handing out those details is not good for their business'. Oh, and BTW, glasses are below average.
