Services
The Whitecourt Lions Campground is a family oriented campground with lots of friendly hospitality. Nestled in a forest of coniferous trees in a quiet serene environment, the park has much to offer of nature's beauty. Don't be surprised when you see our very friendly deer who also make this spot their home too.
The Forest Interpretive Centre is located right across the road from the Lions Campground. Visit Heritage Park and take a tour of the heritage buildings and visit the famous Whitecourt moose. You can also access an extensive trail system to explore the area. A wonderful homey and peaceful atmosphere in a well-managed facility.

This campground only caters to local's, which means that they can violate the rule's blatantly and when somebody complains the person that complains gets repercussion on them not the people that are offending the rules. I would not recommend this campground to anyone that is passing through the White Court area. When speaking over the phone to me they were very belligerent and low class ! I stayed at a lot of lions campgrounds throughout Canada and I will be speaking to the Lions club about revoking their name for this campground due to the ignorant behavior at the management team does to guess

The lady that drives the tractor & golf cart around is very very rude. We were sitting down enjoying our campfire after putting our daughter to bed and she stopped at our site & instantly got angry at us for stuff that was absolutely rediclious. I think she just drives around waiting to get angry at people.
Tractor/golf cart Lady if you read these reviews (I hope you do) this is one is for you ... Maybe try being nicer to people, you have no idea what they are going through..
Also campground is super close to the highway so pretty loud and they shut the water off on the service sites at night

The lady driving the tractor and golf cart around was just awful to deal with. She has zero people skills and is very rude. I'm sure the only reason people gave 5 stars is because they were scared she would find them after. it's located on a 4 lane highway leaving town, so you get to hear a lot of Jake breaks and exhaust from kids leaving whitecourt. You will now also hear mine everytime I leave town as well. The reviews weren't lying!!
I also took pictures of my campground when leaving because I read they try charge people 100$ for leaving garbage and a messy site. I will update my review of

We just started full time Rving last year and our daughter lives in Whitecourt , we have tried other camp grounds here in Whitecourt and this by far the nicest, close to everything you would need. Well maintained camp ground, quiet some minor road noise and campsites for all types of campers. The managers Dwayne and Lisa are Great more then Great awesome Hosts, easy to talk with. We are going to be stopping here every time we are in Whitecourt. Yes I do recommend staying here

This is a fantastic campground. It’s very well maintained. The showers/bathrooms are immaculate. Dwayne and Lisa are super friendly hosts and drove by each day to ensure all was well. The bagged firewood was great also. We got a big bag of Birch for $10. I’d highly recommend this campground.
If you’re looking to blast your music and party it up, you may think about going elsewhere:) It’s a quiet, family friendly place 💕😊

We love this campground and will definitely come back, The managers are great and we like the fact that they will enforce the campground rules which is nice as we've experienced plenty of campgrounds that fail to stop loud partying after quiet time. This campground is clean and the landscape is pleasing with lots of trees and foliage. The RV sites are large and well spaced so your neighbors isn't right on top of you. The hookups are easy and well maintained and the bathrooms are clean and neat. In my opinion this is the nicest of the 3 local campgrounds, it's also conveniently located right off
