some of the agents are great
then there is Crystal Thompson, really poor.
unhelpfully, wouldn't give a quote, no follow up with customer, nor with the insurance company.
I have pulling all my business from McFarlan Rowlands. insurance is stressful enough... do yourself a favour and use a different company
