Ltd. manufactured a variety of custom built mobile homes, trailers, campers, and chassis, mount motorhomes.

Ltd. as it more clearly defined what we did. After 37 years of RV service, repairs, parts, and, manufacturing, in 2004 we decided to get into new RV sales.

Just bought our second trailer from Meridian RV. Chris Grisewood has done an amazing job again for us. He made the process so easy and seamless right through to dealing with a few small delivery issues. I would recommend seeing Chris if you need a trailer. No pressure sales and that's what I like the best.

We have purchased 2 different trailers from Meridian RV. Johnny Rahiman in the sales department has always taken care of us, whether during the purchase or even if we have a question in the future.
As for the service department, we had a couple of small warranty issues this past year and these were fixed up in no time!!
Overall the service and sales departments have been amazing to deal with!!

This was our first trailer purchase and we are above and beyond pleased with the service, expertise & product. My husband was hesitant for a long time to actually go and buy a trailer. Worst service department experience ever. If you have any option to go elsewhere I suggest you do. Had trailer for over two weeks before we got a quote for work. Did I mention they charge almost $100 to diagnose each individual concern despite some items we specifically asked for a quote only as we had already diagnosed it ourselves. The quote finally (a day after the initial date of requested return) came after multiple attempts to contact them and get updates. Meridian went above and beyond, Chis Grisewood was the best salesmen ever. We needed help as it is our first trailer and we are from out of town, we required an RV lot, a delivery truck and supplies for the RV. He gave us some names to call and everything went smoothly. The Meridian RV lot is completely supplied with all necessities like heated fresh water hose, sewer connections even surge protection for the whole trailer, so we are set up. This past weekend we returned from a 12 day trip in our Meridian RV rental and could not be more pleased with our experience. From booking to check-in /orientation through return, the staff of Meridian RV were friendly, informative and responsive to our every question. One week later and absolutely no contact from this company. Even with a follow up email.
We had a terrible experience in poco today. We went in and out of the trailers in the showroom while we were ignored completely for the 20 minutes we were there hoping to look at fifth wheels - disappointed not only by the lack of attention, but the unwelcoming sign saying "must be accompanied by sales person to enter yard". We will be heading up to Voyager in Kelowna for our next purchase where customer service is second to none.

I took my trailer in for some repairs. A tree branch had torn the rubber roof. The trailer needed more work after it left this place than when I brought it in. EVERYTHING that they had to remove in order to replaced the roof, they wrecked. They broke the circuit board in the A/C unit, broke the tv antenna, short circuited the cable going to the antenna and when I went to pick up my trailer, there was a huge scrape down the side of it. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place.

As a follow up on my service, I was able to get both a quote and appointment for the following weekend to have the valve serviced by West Coast RV. The service manager was very easy to deal with and was quick to follow up with a price on the valve once he had sourced.

We had an excellent experience here for purchasing our RV trailer. However, the service here is another story.
I do not know much about RV service - that's their job! So I brought my RV here each year for annual service and told them to do everything that needed to be done. Long story short, I ended up with a hugely expensive and potentially dangerous brake issue that could have been prevented by proper maintenance. I relied on them to tell me what needed to be done and explicitly told them to do all necessary maintenance. They did not do it.

Bought a new RV here and have nothing but good things to say about the sales person or the office manager.
The service department on the other hand leaves little to be desired. I brought my RV back to have the Bluetooth setup for the stereo and after a lot of searching they had it fixed. When I got the unit back the battery was dead flat and I couldn't even drive it because the battery is the emergency brake power supply. After all this the place closed and they locked my car in their compound with my condo keys inside. Stay away from the service department, better off to go to Langley.

These guys are friendly and helpful. I'm new to RVing and the gentleman at Parts came out from behind the desk, took the time to help me find what I needed in the aisles, and answer all my questions. He even brought up a few things I would not have thought of.
After picking out what I needed, the kids wanted to look at the Trailers for Sale. After letting the Sales guys know I wasn't in the market, they gave me zero sales pressure and they were friendly with my kids, joking around and showing them things.
I felt the prices were a little high, but really good folks. I was very pleased

I have been searching absolutely everywhere for a part for my camper. I called and went to every RV dealership in the area I grew very fed up. A friend of mine that bought a RV from this dealership awhile back told me to go see them. He said they were awesome so I took his advice. A staff member named Ben was super friendly and professional he found my part! He was quick and he had it in no time at all. My camper is now fixed and my summer is now complete.
