The office is designed to be efficient and more organized and Super Fun! We have a very spacious waiting area, and kids play area. Each of our treatment rooms are now themed with unique memorabilia geared specifically to the room you are being treated in. If you love movies and celebrities we have a HOLLYWOOD SMILES ROOM with autographs galore, including one signed by the cast of the Avengers!

Suada is Dr. Chai's full-time hygienist and has been Dr. Chai's longest-serving and trusted member on his team.

Dr Chai is very experienced and professional dentist. I took my 5 year old girls there for their yearly checkup and they were super excited from the Disney princess room that he has. Every room in his clinic has a movie / series related theme, which shows also how much work and effort he puts in to his clinic. Other than that he and his fellow workers were super pleasant and helpful.
I highly recommend.

I want to start off by saying that I have very Severe anxiety and have had very bad experiences with dentist. Now with that being said this dental office was very supportive in making feel very comfortable about getting my wisdom teeth out I travelled from Brampton it was so worth it. When I got my wisdom teeth out Amy was extremely amazing with helping me keep calm and Dr. Chai was amazing with fast and pain free extraction of my wisdom teeth. I 110% recommend this dental office, also after my wisdom teeth extraction I wasn’t feeling too well but Lauren and Jen took care of me and made sure

This dentist office is very professional and I highly recommend it. I had a cracked tooth over the holidays and even though I am not a regular patient they say me immediately. They also made a crown for my tooth on the spot. They were very nice and understanding when I told them that I get nervous at the dentist office. They were slow and careful and I felt very comfortable. I didn't have one second of pain and they continously asked me if I was okay. I am sold on this place and will be changing from my dentist that I have been with for over 25 years. Thank you Alex- you made my experience top

Bradford family dentistry treated me with white glove service. Staff was super nice and did great job with my cleaning. Very knowledgeable and informative. I met the dentist to go over some repairs needed. He was thorough and explained what he saw in detail and gave me information so I could get my teeth in tip top shape. I never felt Presure. I would recommend given them a try.

A family dentistry that goes above and beyond. I love how quick they are to respond to messages and how the have an automatic system to remind you of your upcoming appointments, including the day of. Staff has always been so great from when I check in and when I leave. A big plus is how amazing it looks on the inside. You can tell they love movies and animation of all sorts with their amazing rooms - not to mention massage chairs and TV to watch while getting work done.

My whole family has been coming here for several years. The staff are very professional and courteous. They have theme rooms of famous movies. Dr. Chai is very knowledgeable and patient in listening to concerns you may have. I referred my mother and she used to dislike going to the dentist but not anymore. She loved the way Bradford Dentistry helped her with some ongoing issues. She lives in Woodbridge and drives to Bradford for dental work. Imagine that. We all love this place. The staff at Bradford Family Dentistry is nothing short of amazing! My regular dentist retired 3 years ago and unfortunately I had not been to see a dentist since. Right from the very first phone call the staff at BFD were extremely kind, patient, and welcoming. After having my first visit this morning-I am confident in saying they will be my new go-to dental office in Bradford!

I have been coming to Bradford Family Dentistry since I was a kid. Now I’m out of the parents’ house and married and I’m STILL going to Bradford Family Dentistry. I have had every filling in my mouth put in there, and believe me, there’s plenty. (Through no fault of theirs mind you.) I also had braces there! They have the nicest staff and the most attention to detail. Cool rooms. Cool contests! Making going to the dentist fun!

I've been going to Bradford Family Dentistry for over 10 years now. Besides cleanings I've gotten crowns, root canals and I trust them completely. Everyone there is very professional, friendly and I've never had a bad experience. Even after moving to Toronto I still consider them my only Dentist and go regularly.

I went to Bradford Family Dentistry today for the first time to get my cleaning. My daughter had went a couple times and she had really great experience every time, so she told me to go. All I have to say is, she was right. The team is so kind, respectful, and informative on what I needed in terms of my insurance and my dental needs. Brittney was the hygienist who did my cleaning and she was gentle and very friendly and took her time to explain the process. Overall, it was a great experience and I will continue to go here for all my dental needs!

I have had the pleasure of meeting a few different hygienists after a few visits to this office, each visit being just as enjoyable as the last. All staff members that I have interacted with here have been kind, patient and welcoming... which allows for such a cozy atmosphere! I had such an amazing experience here that I will not be going back to my previous dentist. The service is amazing, they are so knowledgeable, technologically advanced, friendly, professional and wow they decor and rooms make me excited to go there. I feel like a kid again. Meaghan is my hygienist and she takes the time to explain everything she is… doing and the science behind it to me. She is amazing! Dr. Chai is also fantastic and the ladies in the reception.
