My fiancé and I worked with Robert to find our wedding bands and he was amazing!! Robert truly cared and was invested in helping us find exactly what we were looking for. I can’t say enough about my excellent experience with Robert at GMG. We got a custom made engagement ring from ANOTHER jeweller that turned out to be not set correctly and it was so disappointing. I called GMG and spoke to Robert, he was so understanding, even when I went in later almost in tears. He sat with me over several appointments to find the right setting, the right colour metal, the right diamond and never made me feel rushed. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing an engagement ring from GMG. Alex was AMAZING to work with! She was personable, attentive, and very informative. For so many reasons I recommend Jaimie and the staff at GMG. But most recently the diamond in my ring had fallen out and was lost. Of course I was devastated and had no idea where to start to have it replaced… I called Jaimie and she took care OF IT ALL!!! The process was so easy thanks to her! Sandy was amazing!! I no longer live in Saskatoon so everything had to be done over emails and calls since I wanted a very specific men's wedding band. After purchasing at another store & having the lifetime warranty “run out” for service work, we opted to try GMG! I was blown away with the professionalism and details into having our rings cleaned up & rhodium plated again. I dropped off the rings Saturday, was told 7 business days, but I had mentioned I was out of town, but would be in within 3 business days. We had a great experience with GMG Jewellers. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Every time we go into the store, they always offer to clean my ring for free and it's such a nice gesture. My husband had my engagement ring customized and we bought wedding bands there as well.
