1 star is being generous. Very unprofessional, Dr is good but the help is very unprofessional! 1st - they ordered the wrong glasses, made a trip to find out they were wrong! 2nd Asked me if I got a call, "lady I wouldn't be here if I hadn't!!" 3rd Couldn't find my glasses, took a bit. Then asked if I paid for them when I was told they wouldn't order until they were paid for!!! Also asked if I had a detailed receipt - don't they have a record? 4th Same thing for the over charged sunglasses, trying to charge me for my own glasses that were converted to sunglasses. WILL NOT RECOMMEND OR RETURN TO
