Our practitioners are certified spa practioners (not RMTs) and Nina is a registered shiatsupractor which some insurance plans will cover.
There are many different kinds of activities for everyone on the Sunshine Coast. Looking for adventure? That's easy! Hike a 4 km trail through a lush 307 acre rain forest to view the world famous tidal ebb and flow of the Skookumchuck Rapids. Or perhaps a tour up the Princess Louisa Inlet where you can marvel at the beauty of Chatterbox Falls.

Feel so blessed that I found this place!!! BEST spot for a getaway. The place is even more beautiful and relaxing than what it looks. Clean, calming, tasteful and welcoming. Sylvie was a friendly and thoughtful host. We had a busy week packing as we just moved, so two nights of steam sauna and hot tub is just what we needed in this freezing weather. If you want to visit here in winter I’d recommend bring a sweatshirt or long sleeve shirt as it was slightly below room temperature and the heat settings cannot be adjusted. Not really a big deal thought. Will definitely visit again and book the massage

Shades of Jade is the perfect relaxation getaway. We went with another couple and booked both Tea Garden and Tall Cedar suites. The beautiful inn is decorated in a West Coast - East Asian style which was beautiful and so zen/relaxing. Each suite comes with its heavenly steam shower and a jacuzzi bathtub. The exterior hot tub is well placed and super comfortable.
The interior is a reminiscence of 5 star hotels, including a bidet in Tall Cedar suite. Cozy slippers, bathrobe, and towels are provided. Each suite has a nice patio with heating available for use. Each suite also has its own kitchenette

AMAZING. The suite and the grounds are in immaculate condition. Every detail is well thought out to meet your needs, and bring complete relaxation. The spa treatments are so relaxing and enjoyable. Sylvie is such a beautiful soul, truly makes the stay, and is so thoughtful from communication to the locally sourced breakfast baskets. We couldn’t recommend this stay enough!

This is my second stay in the Tea Garden suite, and I have nothing but the highest praise for this spectacular Inn. The facilities are luxurious and tranquil, and there are hiking trails and beautiful beaches within walking distance. Sylvie is a very warm and accommodating host, and has been a pleasure to deal with. I also highly recommend the Spa, which I experienced today for the first time. I booked a body scrub treatment with Nina and felt beyond pampered. This is truly a top notch destination!

My fiance and I decided to spend a few days around new years at Shades of Jade.The directions were spot on even on a dark rainy
evening.
We were booked in the Tea Garden suite and it did not disappoint.
The room was perfect.From the steam shower and jet tub to the wall controlled spa music.A wonderful gas fireplace as well as our own private zen patio.We were blown away.
We had side by side hot stone massages during our stay.Fantastic.
Sylvie was a great host.She met all our needs and then some.
Every evening she had a breakfast basket in our suite.

Sylvie is a wonderful host! Location is a bit removed from the hustle and bustle and can be absolutley perfect for a tranquil getaway. If you are not one to stay put or tolerate driving a bit to get a bite to eat, then this place is perfect. Relaxing, upscale, luxury space with so much to splurge your senses. Beach access is close by but nothing else is within walking distance. But for this kind of getaway, nothing else is needed. Just a bit of suggestion, go for the breakfast basket option. My wife and I just returned from our honeymoon stay at Shades of Jade and absolutely loved it. The room had everything we could think of and more, including peaceful and relaxing zen-styled decor, a large jacuzzi tub, steam shower, two sinks, a kitchenette that closes off from the rest of the room, relaxing music played during the day with the ability to plug in your own iPhone, and of course delicious fresh breakfasts that were different every day that we stayed there. Am I really the first to review?! FABULOUS- let me rave to you about this place... The hosts, Sylvie and Will, go over and above all expectations to make you feel comfortable and at home in their luxury B&B. It seems that they are by nature open and receptive people, as we immediately felt welcomed. The location is a 3 min walk from the ocean. The Inn design and decor inspires calmness with it's clean lines surrounded by 5 story tall cedar trees. The Inn is built from cedar and that wonderful smell envelops you when you arrive; the windows are also framed in cedar- a very west coast look
