Purchased a washer dryer set from these folks as my landlord recommended them, 1 month in the dryer isn't drying and they send a tech out to check it out....this is where they start failing they never called when the part came in but claimed they tried finally replaced the dryer with something else which now is not drying clothes within 2 weeks of receiving it!! I will not be going back here and I would like the manager or owner to reach out

There was a service request put in last week and still haven't received any details or follow up about the order... I've been playing phone tag with someone at Masson Appliances, but, everything I try call their number- it's forwarded to another number and the voice-mail picks up but doesn't allow me to leave a message... very poorly coordinated and very poor organization, one star from me!!!

I needed a part to repair my Kenmore washing machine so I found this place on my phone and we t to the shop. I told the people there what I was looking for and within 5 minutes I had the new part in my hand and was even told how to install the new part in my washing machine. I will go back to this shop if I need any more parts.

I can't say enough about the friendly staff at Masson Appliance Sales, located on 688 Selkirk Ave. Their prices are unbeatable!! We had our next to new washer delivered the very next day and the old one taken away at a reasonable price! What was really nice is later that day we received a customer follow up call. It' feels good doing business with companies that care about their customers!
