Couldn't supply parts for a 4 year old air conditioning unit which should be covered by 5 year warranty. No answer about warranty coverage. No offer to replace the unit. No nothing. Replaced the unit with another brand. Very poor service will never buy they're product again will tell everyone I know to do the same. Absolutely terrible.
