We bought a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica back in May of 2020. The buying experience was fine but three months later the battery was completely dead. It was testing at 8.3V. Pretty unusual for a 3 year old battery with 13,000kms on it to be dead. We ended up finding a new battery in Regina and replaced it so that we could leave on our holiday. When we got back I texted the salesperson on Friday August 2nd asking if they could call me. I just bought my new 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 from Manitou Mainline. I was in the market for a new truck and did lots of shopping online. When I came onto their site and looked through their inventory, they had pictures and even videos showing the exterior and interior of the trucks I was looking at. Janelle and Jody made buying a new Jeep such a great experience, it's my 3rd Jeep and I would never buy in the city again. The friendly service and no pressure sales staff is such a relief over the city dealerships. Any concerns I had about the vehicle they addressed immediately and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase before I left to head back to the city. They also stayed an hour after close because I could not get there until 3pm on a Saturday. Full tank of gas in my new Jeep and detailed and waiting for me in the showroom was wonderful! I don't need a new vehicle again for some years

Janelle, my sales person was welcoming and very knowledgeable about the Jeep brand. This was my first time purchasing a Jeep and she knew the answer to all my questions and if she did not know it from the top of her head, she made sure to find me the answer. Also, this was my first experience buying a new vehicle and was hesitant as I heard sales people can be pushy but this was not the case at all at Manitou Mainline. I was in the market for a new van after our 2004 montana was on its last legs. I already had a ram 1500 with the V6 engine and am really impressed with the fuel economy and power it produces so I didnt think twice about getting a grand caravan with the same engine.
As I searched at many dealerships online for what I thought to be a good deal I found a new 2018 grand caravan sxt at manitou mainline and proceeded to drive there to inspect it. I was 400km away at the time and when I arrived the paperwork and loan had already been approved just waiting for me to sign it.
