I ordered flowers for Mother's Day, 3 days in advance with instructions to call my mom for pick up as she lives in a rural area. Well Mother's Day came and went, and no flowers! When I called them to inquire, they will credit my visa back but small gesture as I live far away from my mom and I always send her flowers..... poor poor customer service.

My daughter ordered flowers for a grieving family in the Tofield area. They were not delivered. Urban Bloom charged her credit card anyway. And refused to refund, despite the family never receiving the flowers. I would recommend anyone outside the community stay away from this business as it did not deliver what it promised.

I ordered some flowers for my mother to be delivered today for an early mothers day present. The lady on the phone was extremely helpful in getting the arrangement I wanted at a decent price! They were flexible for time and listened to what I needed/wanted. Within an hour after ordering, they had it delivered! I was extremely impressed with the time! I will definitely be ordering from them again!
